Wedding Gift List Planner

The last thing you want is duplicated wedding gifts. It is often, therefore, a good idea to place your wedding list with shops and stores that cater for this facility. This should ensure that you not only receive the presents you would like, but are not inundated with 10 deep fat fryers! It also makes it easier for those buying the presents as some stores have catalogues which allow your guests to buy from home. Your ‘shopping list’ is stored on the company’s computer and items deleted as they are purchased.

Generally, after the wedding you will receive a list of who bought what – especially useful if a gift has been given without a card attached! In addition, there are various independent companies who will, for a fee, compile and handle a list which allows them to choose from many different manufacturers. The benefit of this is that you are not restricted to one or two stores.You will need a variety of gifts on your list so that you cater for everyone’s budget. The advantage is that some friends may wish to club together in order to buy you a larger present between them whilst others prefer to be independent.
