Valerie has spent 35 years in catering, including Restaurant Manager and later Hotel Manager at the prestigious Hotel, Forest Pines. It was here that Valerie began organising weddings.
Valerie now has more than 25 years experience in the wedding industry and aims to give you the day you've always dreamt of; be it a small, intimate wedding or a grand affair with 150 or more guests.

Valerie Tall has been providing Wedding Consultancy services in Lincolnshire and East Yorkshire for more than 25 years. Within the region, the name of Valerie Tall is synonymous with weddings and alongside Colin, my husband, we are very well known for honesty, reliability and attention to detail.
Once we have started to work with you, we will help you every step of the way; from our first meeting to the last note of music at your evening reception. This will include, wherever possible, being present at your reception and Civil Ceremony (if you are having one), to ensure that everything runs smoothly. You will have the voice of experience and a sympathetic ear whenever needed.
With the wealth of experience we have gained over the years, we can recommend first-class wedding services to complement each other.
In addition, we can help you on any point of etiquette, talk you through the events leading up to the big day and suggest to you how your big day should run. This includes seating plans (which can be tricky to arrange), performing Master of Ceremonies duties, helping with the selection of suitable wines, choosing a menu and generally overseeing the whole day.
